Fashion1 CommentSparkles and tangerine....enough said!! I love the ease of a cute peplum top and shorts. I always gravitate to the nautical and stripes and with these fun girly flats all is perfect! I nabbed these randomly at DSW and scored! They are so sweet and just the right amount of sparkle.
